Subscription Policy

1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Wizorg LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 12553665, with a registered address at Little Winters Farm Roundbush Road, Layer Marney, Colchester, CO5 9UR, England, operates the website https://lettrex.co. Our platform offers various services related to letter delivery.

We provide a subscription service that allows users to

  • Send postal mail using our online application without the need to visit a post office, from a computer or mobile device.
  • Create a letter from scratch using our Artificial Intelligence and editing tools.
  • Download letters in PDF format.
  • Access and use all pre-written letter templates via the Site's library.
  • Use your own PDF files by uploading them to the application.
  • Check the status of sent mail in the customer area ("In preparation," "In the process of being distributed by postal services," "In correction," "Sent," "Cancelled") and receive notifications via email.
  • Obtain the tracking number if the mail is sent as tracked or registered mail.
  • Maintain a searchable history of processed mail during the subscription period and one (1) year after.
  • Access invoices during the subscription period and one (1) year after.
  • Benefit from the preferred subscriber rates displayed on the Site.
  • Use the application programming interface (the "API") to automate postal mailing requests from the Customer's own applications, where this feature is available.

2. FREE TRIAL

The first order includes a free 24-hour subscription trial starting on payment confirmation. The mailing and its options are charged separately. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription becomes payable at €39.9 including VAT per thirty (30) day period, then is charged at each due date until cancellation. The confirmation states the trial end and first charge date.

Our subscription service is commitment-free and can be canceled at any time. Customers can initiate the cancellation process through their user account on our website. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and access to subscription features stops as soon as the cancellation is processed.

By accepting these terms, users authorize Wizorg LTD to charge their designated payment method for the subscription fees.

Refund requests are handled separately for the trial order and the monthly subscription, as explained in our Refund and Return Policy.

3. API ACCESS UNDER THE SUBSCRIPTION

An active subscription may include access to the API from the Customer's account. The Customer can create and revoke API keys in the back office and use them to submit eligible postal mailing requests from their own applications. API keys remain linked to the account that created them and must be kept confidential.

The subscription provides access to the API feature but does not include postal mailing charges. Each mailing submitted and accepted through the API is billed separately according to the mailing type, destination, selected options, and rates applicable at the time of the request. Requests already accepted for processing remain payable even if the subscription is subsequently cancelled.

Cancellation, expiry, suspension, or non-payment of the subscription may immediately end API access and disable or revoke the API keys associated with the account. Restoring the subscription does not guarantee that previously revoked keys can be reused; the Customer may need to generate new keys.
