Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 2026-10-13
EVERY ORDER AND EVERY SUBSCRIPTION ON THE SITE REQUIRE THE CUSTOMER TO HAVE BEEN ABLE TO READ THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE BEFORE CONFIRMATION AND TO HAVE ACCEPTED THEM UNDER ARTICLE 14.1. PURPOSE
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the Terms) are entered into between Wizorg LTD, registered under number 12553665, with its registered office at Little Winters Farm Roundbush Road, Layer Marney, Colchester, CO5 9UR, England, VAT number GB348565072 (the Company), and the customer (the Customer).
1.2. These Terms govern (a) subscription to an online services contract of indefinite duration, billed for successive thirty (30) day periods, providing access, for the price in Article 4, to the customer area, AI letter preparation tools, letter templates and subscribers' preferential mailing rates; (b) postal mailing orders (the Orders, defined in Article 2.3), whose price is additional to the Subscription. The Subscription and Orders together constitute the Services provided by the Company.
1.3. These Terms apply to: (i) consumers, individuals acting outside their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity (Consumer Customers); (ii) subject to Article 15, professionals, individuals or legal entities acting within such activity or in the name or on behalf of a professional (Professional Customers). Customer status is assessed in relation to their Subscription.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
2.1. These T&C aim to define the conditions under which the Provider provides the following services (the "Services") to Customers:
- Send postal mail using our online application without the need to visit a post office, from a computer or mobile device.
- Create a letter from scratch using our Artificial Intelligence and editing tools.
- Download letters in PDF format.
- Access and use all pre-written letter templates via the Site's library.
- Use your own PDF files by uploading them to the application.
- Check the status of sent mail in the customer area ("In preparation," "In the process of being distributed by postal services," "In correction," "Sent," "Cancelled") and receive notifications via email.
- Obtain the tracking number if the mail is sent as tracked or registered mail.
- Maintain a searchable history of processed mail during the subscription period and one (1) year after.
- Access invoices during the subscription period and one (1) year after.
- Benefit from the preferred subscriber rates displayed on the Site.
- Use the application programming interface (the "API") to submit postal mailing requests from the Customer's own applications, where this feature is available.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions are available before every order and subscription in a format that can be saved and reproduced. The Customer expressly accepts them before confirmation. The applicable terms are those accepted when the contract is concluded, subject to changes duly implemented under Article 16.
2.3. The Subscription provides access to an online letter preparation tool, including an optional AI writing assistant operated through OpenAI, and preferential postal rates. Each mailing is billed separately from the Subscription. The Customer orders a simple, tracked or registered postal letter by confirming a request on the Site containing its content, sender and recipient details, mailing mode and selected options (the Order). Each mailing comprises: (a) preparation by the Company; (b) printing, enveloping and postage by an independent postal fulfilment provider, currently Merci-Facteur; (c) handover to the postal operator responsible for carriage and delivery. The Customer chooses and approves every letter's content. AI-generated content and templates are drafting aids, not legal advice, and must be reviewed, adapted and approved by the Customer under their responsibility. The Customer is informed that they interact with AI when using the assistant. Using these providers does not deprive consumers of their rights against the Company under Article 11.
2.4 Ordering involves preparing or uploading the letter, choosing the mailing and options, then checking the summary and, except for API orders, the proof, with errors correctable before confirmation. The summary separates mailing, option and subscription prices and shows the total payable. The Customer accepts the Terms and subscription before activating the payment button. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed.
3. COMPANY COMMITMENTS
3.1 The Company uses its best efforts to make the Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Maintenance, faults or force majeure may cause interruptions. It informs Customers of planned interruptions where possible and takes appropriate restoration measures. This does not deprive Customers of rights for non-performance or lack of conformity.
3.2 Automated checks only verify that the address, postcode and city are present; they do not verify the existence of the address or the recipient's identity. If an anomaly is detected, the Customer receives an email requesting confirmation or correction.
3.3 The Company protects the confidentiality of Customers' identities and letters. Only authorised personnel and providers, currently Merci-Facteur for postal fulfilment, may access them when strictly necessary for preparation, printing, enveloping, dispatch or incident resolution, under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
3.4 Wizorg LTD is an independent service and is not a subsidiary of, affiliated with or sponsored by Groupe La Poste. Postal printing, carriage and delivery are performed by independent postal providers.
4. PRICE, SUBSCRIPTION, DURATION, CANCELLATION
4.1 As indicated on the homepage and in the "Pricing" page of the website, the Services are offered through a subscription that is non-binding and can be canceled at any time.
4.2 With the first order, the Customer subscribes with a free twenty-four (24) hour trial starting on payment confirmation. Only subscription access is free during the trial; the mailing and its options remain chargeable. Before confirmation, the Customer is informed of those prices, the trial duration, its automatic conversion to a paid subscription and the subscription price, and expressly accepts the subscription. The trial end date and time and first charge date are stated in the confirmation sent to the Customer.
4.3 The Subscription price is €39.9 including VAT per thirty (30) day period. It is charged at the end of the trial, then at each thirty-day due date. It pays for continuous access to the Services and excludes postal mailing orders. Prices are payable in EUR (€), immediately, by bank card. The Customer authorises subscription charges at each due date. Invoices are available in the customer area.
4.4 The subscription is concluded for an indefinite duration. After the 24-hour trial, it is billed for successive thirty (30) day periods until cancellation under Article 4.
4.5 You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time without prior notice or associated charges. To do so, simply unsubscribe by sending an email to contact@lettrex.co, expressing your cancellation request or by visiting the following page : Unsubscribe
Cancellation takes effect immediately and ends access to subscription functions and unused benefits. The Company confirms receipt by email within a reasonable time, specifying the end date and effects. Already paid mailings continue to be processed and invoices and evidence remain accessible under the Terms.
After the trial period, a cancellation request ends future renewals. The Subscription ends immediately, together with access to its features and associated benefits. No charge is made for a new billing period.
4.6 For payment default, the Company informs the Customer and allows eight (8) days to remedy it. It may suspend paid functions and then terminate after notice if the default persists. Suspension does not prevent processing already paid mailings or accessing invoices and evidence; legally due amounts remain payable.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 A consumer Customer has fourteen (14) days from contract conclusion on payment confirmation to withdraw without reason, including when the subscription starts with a free trial (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). This right does not apply to professional Customers (see Article 15).
5.2 How to withdraw. The Customer can withdraw online, at any time during the withdrawal period, using the dedicated page "Withdraw from the contract here", available in the footer of the Site and in the customer area. The Customer may also send any unambiguous statement of withdrawal to contact@lettrex.co or by postal mail to: Wizorg LTD, Little Winters Farm Roundbush Road, Layer Marney, Colchester, CO5 9UR, England.
5.3 Immediate execution and loss of the right of withdrawal. At checkout, the Customer is asked to tick a separate box to expressly request that the service starts immediately, before the end of the 14-day period, and to acknowledge the possible consequences for the right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:
- the right of withdrawal is lost for a service fully performed before the end of the 14 days only if performance began with the Customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that this right would be lost once the service was fully performed;
- the continuous access to the platform and to the subscription features is not considered fully performed before the end of the 14-day period: the Customer keeps the right to withdraw from the subscription, and is only liable for an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the withdrawal (Article L221-25 of the Consumer Code).
5.4 Consequences of a withdrawal. When the Customer validly withdraws within 14 days:
- no amount is retained for the free subscription trial. No payment is due for early performance without the Customer's express request or the legally required information. A fully performed service is excluded from reimbursement only if the conditions of Article 5.3 are met;
- if the conditions for a proportional charge are met, the subscription is charged only for the paid period actually provided up to withdrawal. For a 30-day period, the refund equals the price paid × days remaining when withdrawal is notified ÷ 30;
Any legally due refund is made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method and at no cost to the Customer. Subscription access ends on withdrawal. For online withdrawal, the Company promptly sends an acknowledgement on a durable medium stating the declaration and its sending date and time.
5.5 Other refunds. Legally due refunds, including for undue payments or non-performance giving rise to a refund, are made under applicable law. Independently of those rights, the Company may grant a goodwill refund or credit. The Customer may submit a request to contact@lettrex.co, through the contact form or by post to the registered office.
6. MAILING RATES AND OPTIONS
6.1 The use of the site allows for sending regular letters (standard mail), tracked letters, registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt within metropolitan France and internationally.
6.2 Letters are printed in color on white A4-size (21cm x 29.7cm) offset paper. Color printing is included in the price, at no additional charge. Printing is done on one side of the page or on both sides, without affecting the price. For letters weighing less than 20g, a maximum of 2 pages can be sent, while letters weighing less than 50g can contain a maximum of 8 pages.
6.3 Prices are stated in EUR (€), including VAT. Each Order price is additional to the Subscription price. The total, including mailing, selected options and, where applicable, the Subscription, is communicated before confirmation. Rates may change for future Orders, especially following postal rate changes. Subscription price changes are governed by Article 16.
6.4 A standard letter does not include postal tracking or proof of delivery. A tracked letter includes a tracking number and the tracking events made available by the postal provider. A registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt includes the available proof of deposit, tracking and acknowledgment of receipt supplied by the postal provider. Any delivery times shown during the order are indicative carrier estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines.
6.5 Crossed-out prices and '-50%' claims use the official October 2026 La Poste rate for equivalent postage (20 g, France). This reference price excludes printing and enveloping. Savings concern only the unit mailing price and exclude the subscription and paid options. The rates below apply to subscribers; without a subscription, the rates shown before ordering apply.
RATES WITH THE PLAN
Regular letter within metropolitan France:
- 1 sheet (2 pages) + printing included + postage: €0.76 (-50% vs La Poste rate of €1.52)
Tracked letter within metropolitan France:
- 1 sheet (2 pages) + printing included + postage: €1.01 (-50% vs La Poste rate of €2.02)
Registered letter within metropolitan France R1:
- 1 sheet (2 pages) + printing included + postage: €3.78 (-50% vs La Poste rate of €7.56)
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Paid options are optional, are not enabled by default and are added to the mailing price when selected.
- "Priority" option: €2 per letter (see section 7.6).
- "Protection" option: €1 per letter (see section 7.7).
7. MAIL PROCESSING
7.1 Timely Mail Processing
When the order is complete and requires no correction, Wizorg LTD prepares the letter and forwards it to the postal provider within the time stated before confirmation. This period is expressed in business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, starts on payment confirmation and is suspended while the Customer makes requested corrections. It is separate from transit time; Priority only accelerates internal processing.
7.2 User-Correctable Errors
If an anomaly requires correction, the Company informs the Customer by email. Without a response within thirty (30) days of that notice, the order is cancelled and the mailing is not performed, without prejudice to any legally due refund.
7.3 Address Page
As part of our mail sending process, we include an address page containing essential information. This address page includes the sender's address provided during the sending request, their name, first name, and/or company name, the order reference, and the name of our website. Its primary purpose is to ensure clear identification of the sender upon receipt by the recipient. We take all necessary measures to ensure that the address page is correctly positioned inside the envelope, accompanying the letter or mail. The precise placement of the address page (first position) is chosen to ensure its visibility and facilitate identification during mail processing and delivery. Please note that the information provided by the User for the sender's address will be used exclusively for identification and mail delivery purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy.
The Customer supplies accurate and complete information. Consequences of incorrect information are assessed according to their impact on the mailing, without prejudice to Protection under Article 7.7 and statutory rights under Article 11.
7.4 Timeline for Deposit Proof and Access in the Client Space
Proof of posting for registered mail may not be available immediately. As soon as it receives it, the Company makes it available through a download link in the customer area.
7.5 Timeline for Obtaining the Postal Tracking Number
Users should be aware that the timeframe for obtaining the postal tracking number may vary due to internal procedures within postal services. Typically, this timeframe ranges from 1 to 4 business days. This delay does not imply that the mail hasn't been dispatched; instead, it pertains to the time it takes for postal services to assign tracking numbers. We commit to promptly make the tracking number available within the client space once provided by postal services. Our efforts are directed at minimizing this delay and ensuring swift tracking information updates.
7.6 "Priority" Option
The "Priority" option is optional and may be added to each letter at the price shown during the order (currently €2 per letter). It relates only to our internal processing: the order is processed faster on our side and transmitted more quickly to the postal fulfilment provider. It does not change the sending mode, the postal service or the postal delivery times, which depend on the postal operator.
7.7 "Protection" Option
7.7.1 The optional Protection option may be added to each letter at the price shown before confirmation (currently €1 per letter). It provides a remedy when the letter cannot be delivered under normal conditions. It covers:
- incidents affecting the letter: cancellation, loss, or printing or delivery defects;
- any error made by the Customer in the information entered when placing the order (recipient address, content of the letter, sender details, corrupted file), which would not otherwise be covered.
7.7.2 Depending on the nature of the incident, the Customer obtains either a free resending of the letter, after correction of the information where necessary, or a refund of the price of the letter. Resending is preferred when it allows the Customer to achieve their purpose; a refund is granted when the sending is no longer of any use to them.
7.7.3 The Customer submits their request to customer service by email at contact@lettrex.co or through the contact form.
7.7.4 The option is in addition to, and does not replace, the rights the Customer holds under section 11 and applicable law. Errors attributable to Wizorg LTD are handled under those provisions whether or not the option was selected.
7.8 Considerations regarding the sending of PDF documents
Some dynamic PDF elements may not be reproduced in print. The Company states known technical restrictions. The Customer supplies a suitable file and checks the proof before approval. The Company remains responsible for alterations caused by its processing and for reproduction matching the approved proof.
Flattening a PDF document is a process by which a commented or annotated document is prepared for distribution. Annotations and commented elements are merged with the main content of the document, effectively embedding these elements within the document itself.
However, flattening a document can lead to the loss of specific visual or interactive elements. For example, if your PDF document contains videos, clickable links, or other interactive elements, these may be lost or may no longer function after flattening.
Dynamic elements like drawings, attachments, text boxes, notes, stamps, layers, text annotations, forms, 3D objects, movies, redactions, or code may not be interpreted by our software. Therefore, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held responsible for alterations caused by unsupported dynamic elements in the source PDF, unless attributable to our own processing failure.
We strongly advise that when sending documents in PDF format, you consider the aforementioned points. It is recommended to carefully review your PDF document and, if possible, provide a version without dynamic elements.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 The User must have a functioning computer system capable of using the Site and a suitable internet connection.
8.2 The User commits to complying with relevant legal and regulatory provisions, including those concerning senders, recipients, and the content of mailings. Sending mail with unlawful or public order-violating content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, anonymous letters, threatening or offensive text, illustrations without proper rights, pornographic, racist, pedophilic, violent, or otherwise prohibited content as per laws and regulations. The Service Provider reserves the right to alert authorities if illegal content is detected in a letter.
8.3 Before confirming a shipment, the User should take necessary precautions. This includes selecting the delivery mode (standard, tracked, registered), adhering to specified mailing deadlines, verifying content and attachments, and confirming recipient identities and addresses.
8.4 Except for API orders, the Customer checks the letter proof before approval. They remain responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in the documents and information provided. Approval does not release the Company from reproducing the letter in accordance with the approved proof.
8.5 The Customer allows for processing and transit times when a letter is subject to a deadline. Any specific commitment must be confirmed in writing. The order date, provider handover date and postal posting date are distinct; where proof of posting is supplied, the posting date is the date on that proof.
8.6 Consequently, the Client acknowledges that:
- Mail requests are generated solely by the Client and do not undergo any Service Provider review.
8.7 API ACCESS AND USE
8.7.1. The API is available to Consumer and Professional Customers and included in the Subscription. It is accessible only through an authenticated account with an API key generated in the customer area. For the duration of access, the Company grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the API and documentation for personal or professional needs under these Terms. 8.7.2. The API key is personal and confidential. It must not be embedded in publicly accessible client code, published, transferred, shared with an unauthorised third party or used for a competing or resale service without prior written permission. 8.7.3. Without that permission, the Customer must not use the API to provide third parties with a competing service or resell or make the Services available, circumvent technical limits, disrupt the API or use it contrary to Article 8.2.
8.7.4. The Customer is responsible for every request made with an API key associated with their account, including the accuracy of sender and recipient details, the legality of the documents submitted, the selected postal service, and any duplicate requests. Each request accepted by the API constitutes an instruction to process the corresponding mailing and is charged at the rates and with the options applicable when the request is submitted.
8.7.5 If an API key is lost, disclosed, or suspected of being compromised, the Customer must revoke it immediately from the customer area and inform the Provider. The Provider may revoke or suspend an API key to protect the Service, comply with the law, address a security risk, prevent abusive or excessive use, or respond to non-payment or a breach of these T&C.
8.7.6. The Company may set reasonable technical limits and update the API or documentation for security, performance or compatibility. The availability commitments and limits of these Terms also apply to the API. Access is under Article 3.1, with no service-level commitment unless agreed in writing. The Customer implements suitable error handling, monitoring, backups and checks. 8.7.7. Where the Customer uses the API outside an exclusively personal or household activity, for sender and recipient data and personal data in submitted documents, the Customer acts as controller and the Company as processor. The Customer ensures the lawfulness of transmission, including a legal basis and information for the individuals concerned.
8.7.8. The API Conditions available on the page API Conditions also apply to the use of the API and form part of these T&C.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Site, software, interfaces and content supplied through the Services. The Customer has a non-exclusive right to use these for the Services, including using, adapting and downloading templates to prepare and send letters for their professional activity where the offer allows. Other unauthorised exploitation is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions. The Company claims no ownership of Customer documents; the Customer grants only permissions needed to process them for the Services. Use is licensed for the Customer's personal or professional needs according to the offer. It does not allow resale or providing the Site or its functions to third parties without express permission; sending letters on behalf of third parties as part of the Customer's professional activity, for example as an agent, is not such provision. Subject to authorised uses and statutory exceptions, the Customer must not, whether free or for payment: (i) reproduce the Site or Services for commercialisation, circulation, redistribution, distribution or publication to third parties; (ii) display them, even partly, including by online public communication to third parties; (iii) resell, exchange, rent or transfer them to a third party; (iv) modify, adapt, correct, reverse engineer or otherwise transform their source code. The Customer irrevocably acknowledges that access transfers no intellectual property or related rights, which remain with the Company or its suppliers, and grants no licence beyond this Article.
10. PERSONAL DATA
10.1 Personal data processing for subscription and use of the Services is described in the Privacy Policy available on the Site. It states the purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and ways of exercising rights.
10.2 When the Customer uses the AI writing assistant, their entered content is transmitted to its provider, OpenAI, as the Company's processor, under the Privacy Policy. 10.3 For processing on behalf of a Professional Customer, the parties' roles and obligations are stated in the data protection provisions applicable to the relevant service.
10.4 If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based, where required, on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. RESPONSIBILITIES
11.1 The Company ensures proper performance of contractual obligations, whether performed by itself or its providers (postal fulfilment provider, postal operator, AI provider), without prejudice to its recourse against them. It may be exempted by proving that non-performance is attributable to the Consumer Customer, to a third party outside the provision of the services, or to force majeure under Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Company does not guarantee receipt on a specific date. Indicative transit times are separate from preparation and handover commitments expressly stated when ordering. The Customer ensures accurate addresses and instructions, files meeting stated technical restrictions and checking the proof before approval. The consequences of Customer errors or omissions are assessed by their actual impact on performance.
For Consumer Customers, the Company's liability is governed by Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code. In all cases, the Company is not liable (i) where the Customer uses the Site or Services contrary to these Terms; (ii) where an obligation is prevented or delayed by force majeure under Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including natural disasters, fires or telecommunications or electricity network failure or interruption.
If a problem arises, the Customer contacts the Company under Article 13 with relevant information. A goodwill solution alone does not constitute an admission of liability. The Customer keeps copies of their documents; this recommendation does not limit the Company's storage and availability obligations.
The specific provisions on liability towards Professional Customers appear in Article 15.
12. DISPUTE - APPLICABLE LAW
12.1 These online Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. A consumer may bring proceedings before the competent French courts or any other court competent under mandatory French or European consumer rules.
12.2 After a prior written complaint to the Company, a Consumer Customer may use the following consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution:
12.5 Wizorg LTD has subscribed to the CM2C consumer mediation service. In accordance with the Consumer Code provisions relating to the consumer dispute mediation process, after contacting us and if the response provided does not satisfy you, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge through:
CM2C
49 rue de Ponthieu
75008 PARIS
Tel: 01 89 47 00 14
Website: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php
Email: litiges@cm2c.net
Mediation is optional and is not a prerequisite for bringing proceedings before a court.
12.3 For a disputed payment, the Company may send the bank or payment provider only the information needed to handle it, respecting confidentiality and data protection.
13. ENQUIRIES - QUESTIONS - CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The Customer may contact WIZORG LTD at contact@lettrex.co. Customer support uses its best efforts to respond within forty-eight (48) business hours, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
A complaint states the name, account email, order reference, issue and useful evidence. If further investigation is needed, the Company informs the Customer of the expected timeframe. They may request management review at the same email and, if a consumer, use CM2C mediation under Article 12, without mediation being required before court proceedings.
14. CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
The Customer reads and expressly accepts these Terms before confirming the Order and Subscription. Special conditions expressly agreed with the Customer prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
After contract conclusion and before service performance begins, the Company emails the Customer a confirmation with contractual information and the accepted Terms attached as a PDF.
15. PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS
15.1 This Article applies to any Customer acting for purposes related to their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity, including Customers using the API. When ordering as a professional (option "I am a professional" in the sending form), the Customer declares that the Service is purchased for the needs of their activity and provides their company name and company registration number (SIREN/SIRET or equivalent), and their intra-Community VAT number where applicable. Wizorg LTD may ask for additional information to check professional status.
15.2 The provisions protecting consumers do not apply to professional Customers, in particular the right of withdrawal (Article 5) and consumer mediation (Articles 12.2). The subscription may be cancelled as described in Article 4.
15.3 As an essential and determining condition without which the Company would not have entered these Terms, liability towards a Professional Customer, for all causes combined, except gross negligence or wilful misconduct, is limited to direct damage and capped at the amount excluding tax paid for the affected Order plus Subscription payments during the six (6) months before the event. Indirect damage, including operating, revenue, customer or reputation losses, is excluded. This limitation is a determining condition of the Company's consent.
15.4 Disputes with a professional Customer are governed by French law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of London (England), including multiple defendants or third-party proceedings, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
15.5 Article 8.7 applies to Professional Customers using the API.
15.6 For professionals, invoices are payable on ordering or at the subscription due date. No early-payment discount applies. Late payment incurs, without notice, interest at three (3) times the statutory interest rate from the day after the due date and a fixed €40 recovery fee (L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code), with additional compensation on evidence if recovery costs are higher.
16. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
These Terms were updated on 2026-10-13. Changes apply to future orders and subscriptions without retroactive effect. For an existing subscription, changes comply with the contract and law and are notified beforehand on a durable medium stating their nature, effective date and the Customer's rights, including cancellation where applicable.
